The cost of maintaining the wiki is not free. I have to pay for bandwidth, hardware and electricity. If the wiki continues to grow, I'll have to move it out to a hosting company that will charge both a setup and reoccurring monthly fee. If you find the wiki valuable, please donate $1, $5, $10 to offset some of the costs.
