Description

The 1976 Taylor/Schmierer Bowman 47 set is a 115-card collector issue released in two series. The set is done in the style of the 1948 Bowman set and measures 2 1/16" X 2 1/2" and was used to promote the second edition of what would become Bob Schmierer and Ted Taylor's famed EPSCC "Philly Show."

The first series consists of the first 49 cards while Series Two had the last 64 (#50-#113). A card of Ted Taylor and a reprint of the T-206 Honus Wagner were also produced, but are not considered part of the set.

Distribution

$4.50 per series.
