Distribution
Upper Deck produced seven 8 1/2" X 11" commemorative sheets in 1990. Each sheet features reprints of 1990 Upper Deck cards.
Three sheets were distributed at major card shows and the other four were inserted into the Street & Smith's Baseball Annual preview guide.

- The NSCC sheet is serial-numbered to 26,000.
- The Chicago Sun-Times sheet is serial-numbered, but the total production run was never stated.
- Each of the four Street & Smith's sheets have the same five players: Carlton Fisk, Time Raines, Jose Canseco, Will Clark, and Don Mattingly, plus another three cards that are region-dependent.
- All sheets are blank-backed.
