Description

1999 Upper Deck Challengers for 70 is a 90-card set released in the Summer of 1999. As the name suggests, the set features nothing but power hitters whom, Upper Deck believed, could break Mark McGwire's single-season home run record.

Distribution

20 packs per box, five cards per pack.
