Description
2010 Donruss Elite Extra Edition is tentatively scheduled for release the week of September 29, 2010. This draft pick and prospect-themed product will be Panini's last baseball offering before their agreement with the Collegiate Licensing Corporation (CLC) expires on September 30th.
The base set will consists of 200 cards, the last 100 autographed prospects. 30 players will sign on-card autographs while a Draft Hits Autographs set will include 20 MLB legends. Other insert sets include College Ties Autographs, Collegiate Patches and Private Signings autographs.
Each 20-pack Hobby box will yield six autographs, one Elite Series and School Colors inserts. In addition, every fifth box (four per 20-box case) is a "Hot Box" which will include 10 autographs.
This set in NOT licensed by Major League Baseball or the MLBPA and will not feature any active Major League players.
Distribution
Hobby: 20 packs per box, five cards per pack (MSRP $5). 20 boxes per case.
