Description

1995 Sportflix is a 170-card lenticular set released by Pinnacle Brands, primarily to retail outlets, in the summer of 1995. Subsets include a rookies section (141-165) and a checklist grouping (166-170).

Promos

One card from this nine-card set was distributed exclusively to Hobby dealers along with their order forms and sell sheets. Each card is identical to their base set counterpart, with the exception of the word "SAMPLE" printed on both sides of the card.

Unlike other Pinnacle Brands sample cards of the era, the '95 Sportflix Samples are extremely tough to find with a production run rumored to be less than 300 copies each.

Parallels

Each of the 170 base cards is available in an "Artist's Proof" parallel. Although the cards were not serial-numbered, Pinnacle Brands announced that only 700 copies of each Artist Proof were produced.
