2023 Finest Flashbacks
Description
2023 Finest Flashbacks is a 200-card fractured set released exclusive on topps.com. The set is done in the style of the 1996 Finest set.
Just like with the 1996 set, the set is fractured into four subsets. The first 100 cards are Bronze, the next 50 are Silver, the next 25 are Gold, and the final 25 are Short Prints. Each 20-pack Hobby box will yield five Silvers, one Gold, one Short Print, and one Refractor parallel.
Every sixth box will yield an autograph.

NOTE: The "Protector Refractor" is meant to simulate the protective film that was stuck to all 1996 Finest cards. The Protector Refractors do NOT have this film. Rather, they are ordinary Refractors that have the peel off instructions printed on them.
