Description
2000 Fleer Focus is a 250-card set released in April, 2000. The set features 225-player cards (cards 1-225), and a 25-card Prospect subset, issued in two separate varieties. Each Prospect is serial-numbered to 3999 copies. The first 999 of each of these cards feature a portrait shot on the front of the featured prospect. The next 3000 cards issued have an action shot on the front of the featured prospect. Due to how this set was issued, a more common "Action" cards are considered the "base cards, while the "Portrait" Prospects are a partial-parallel.
There are no notable rookies in the set.

Prospect Portraits
The first 999 serial-numbered copies of each Prospect subset card (#226-#250) feature a different photo than the remaining 3000 copies. The first 999 all have a head-and-shoulders portrait, while the rest have an action photo.
Masterpiece Errors
Fleer accidentally inserted into packs a number of error Masterpiece cards. The cards have the same lavender-foil stamping as a real Masterpiece, but lack the "One of One" marking on the reverse side.
