Description
2023 Topps Chrome Lids is a 50-card set that was exclusive to the sportswear store. Beginning in October, those who purchase a special Topps Chrome Mitchell & Ness hat would receive a three-card pack from this set. All cards were done in the style of previously-released Topps flagship sets. Autographs were randomly inserted into packs.
97,000 packs were produced for this promotion.
