[[2004 Upper Deck Vintage]] is a 500-card set release in two series. The first 450 cards were issued as part of the Vintage series on February 02, 2004. The final 150 cards in the Vintage series (cards #301-#450) are short-printed and seeded into packs at varying levels.

Collectors had to break the shrink wrap to figure out which set they received; however, about two-thirds of the sets were Vintage.
