This 233 card first series was released in January, 2004. A matching second series of 233 cards was released in May, 2004. This set was issued in four-card packs with an $3 SRP which came 20 packs to a box and 10 boxes to a case. The first 210 cards of the first series are veterans while the final 23 cards of the set feature first year cards. Please note that cards 221 through 233 were autographed by the featured players and those cards were issued to a stated rate of one in 21 hobby packs and one in 33 retail packs. In the second series cards numbered 234 through 246 feature autographs of the rookie pictured and those cards were inserted at a stated rate of one in 22 hobby packs and one in 35 retail packs. Bradley Sullivan (#234) was issued with either the correct back or an incorrect back numbered to 345 which constituted about 20 percent of the total press run. -Beckett
